Additional amenities include a private arrangement room with a merchandising area, a clean office, an owner’s private suite, a preparation room, a cosmetizing/first viewing room, and a 4-stall garage. The exterior showcases a stone and stucco finish, complemented by 100 off-street parking stalls for guest convenience.
