Keystone Design Build is a commercial construction firm based in Rice, MN. We design and build dental clinics, retail centers, restaurants, apartments, warehouses and manufacturing facilities across Minnesota. We also build funeral homes for owners in other states.

We want to be the design-build firm owners in this region call first, and the one they call again for the next building. That comes from doing the work well and being straight with people while we do it.

Leadership and Team
Founded by Marc Kelash, Keystone Design Build is now led by his son, Sam Kelash, along with Grant Mumm, who heads sales and business development. They are growing the team and the work while holding to the same standards for quality and client satisfaction.
Our Process
The Keystone process runs on clear communication and people who have built these buildings before. We manage the job from the first consultation through the final walkthrough. It works especially well on dental and funeral construction, where that experience counts for a lot.
